Registering

Registration has two parts: with the tax office, where the activity and VAT regime are declared, and with social security. The order and the date matter, because they determine when contributions start and which reductions apply. We check that before filing anything.

The quarterly routine

You send us the invoices issued and received, and we prepare and file the returns that apply. We tell you what is due before the deadline, not on the day itself.

Coming from unemployment

Capitalising unemployment benefit means receiving the remaining entitlement as a single payment to fund the start-up. It has to be applied for before registering as self-employed: once the registration is done, in most cases the right is lost.

If the business grows

Once a self-employed activity passes a certain size it is worth checking whether incorporating makes sense. We work it out with your own figures and, if it does, we handle it ourselves: incorporation, registrations and transfer of the activity.
